Oddities from US Presidential Elections

OK, so the title of this post is an anti-oxymoron*.  But devotees of American Politics (and US voters themsleves) might me interested in this quiz.  For the record I scored 7/10, which isn’t bad after 3 pints of fine english ale.

* an oxymoron would be “normalities** from US Presidential Elections”.

** Actually, given the torture inflicted upon the English language by certain American Presidents that should read “normalcys” (From the same people who gave you happyness)

*** I realise that I am now on the death-list of a million crazed yankee patriots. You can find me walking around wearing a “Hillary for President” T-shirt in Alabama. P.S. I look like Obama’s twin brother.

  1. I got 9/10, which annoys me as I should have known the answer I got wrong. One of the questions is really easy, as the answer is provided in the picture that accompanies the quiz

  2. As someone who reads US history only for its somniferous affect, I was pleased to score 6 of 10.

  3. I think the picture was there, so that Americans taking the quiz would have a 30% chance of scoring at least 1/10
