Reading my rights
There I was, signing up for a google account in order to use their new “Google Reader”, when I decided to actually read all their “Terms and Conditions”. Point 2.3 (I think it was) says: “You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google”. So what is the legal age to form a binding contract? 16? 18? 21? As these are part of their wider T&C’s it also applies to their Internet search engine, so presumably anyone who is not of legal age cannot use any of google’s services! Lawyers to Standby, please.
