A 'pod in the shell

This week a serpent came down from a tree and offered me a bite of an apple, which resulted in the sudden arrival of a ‘pod in the shell. Shiny sleek and black it took about three minutes to set up (all the hard work of transferring my 400+ CD’s to ‘tunes had been done over the previous six months) and four hours to synchronise.

Then, just as I was about to plug the buds in my aural orifices it struck me. My sennheiser ‘phones have braille markings so a visually impaired person can put them on the right way round. The ‘pod buds have none. Then a thought more. How can the visually impaired use the track wheel? I can’t find an option to have the ‘pod read out the menus either.
